Tanner,Just a short note to say “Thank You” for doing such a great job for me today! Wow! My heat went out yesterday, so I called for service this morning (02/20/09) and Gary was at my door at 9:30am. We’ve had Gary out a couple of times before and he did a great job for us then. Today he did not disappoint. He got right to it and found out what the problem was, took care of it and prepared a detailed billing and gave a verbal summary of his work. Outstanding job!!!Julie also took good care of me as well. She told me she thought she could have someone out at my house before noon. She called me back within an hour of our conversation at 8 am. She was very polite, courteous and professional. I told Gary as he was leaving that Tanner is / was / and will be first on our call list for service (and when the time comes) and replacement HVAC.
